Our 6 Step Process

01.

Information Gathering

We learn about your business and your needs. During this phase we

  • define the purpose and goals 
  • Identify your target audience
  • type of information target audience will be looking for
  • decide on the type of content
  • what type information will my target audience be looking for
02.

Planning

From the information gathered from step 1 we create a plan for your web site.

  •  develop a site map
  • define custom content types
  • technology to use
  • functionality blogs, gallery etc.

 

03.

Development

Working from the site map we build out the site and develop front and back end code. We add the content you provide or pull it from your old site. We develop a responsive theme based on the designs.
04.

Testing

We put the site through or testing process making sure it renders properly on all user viewing devices (mobile, tablet, desktop) and operating systems (android, iPhone, windows, mac). We also test forms, automated email, and eCommerce functionality.
05.

Launch

Once your satisfied with the site and give the go ahead to launch we upload the site via FTP to the hosting server. Once the site goes live it will be given the final run through tests to make sure that all files were uploaded correctly. This phase also include Search Engine Optimization (SEO) with elements such as Title, Alt, descriptions and keyword tags which are required by search engines to rank your site higher.
06.

Maintenance

If you opted for a CMS system like Drupal or WordPress we can train you, using screen-casts or written documentation to update your own content.
